Since 1996, Dr. Kevin Weary has been a part of Academy Women’s Healthcare Associates in Colorado Springs.
Academy Women’s Healthcare (AWHA) has long been a leading ObGyn practice in Colorado Springs that specializes in caring for women of all ages from the first exam through menopause.
History of Academy Women’s Healthcare
Since 1993, Academy Women’s Healthcare has been a leader among Colorado Springs OB/GYN groups. We established a state-of-the-art facility that allowed us to provide even greater service to our patients with an on-site pharmacy, ultrasound, and Women’s Surgery Center.
In 2018, the practice was acquired by Centura. Although the group practice was acquired, several doctors, including myself, continue to serve the needs of women in Colorado Springs.
What Made AHWA Different
The mission statement of AWHA revolved around a daily commitment to Christ, one we continually work ed at to achieve. Our mission statement reflected the heart of the practice:
“To serve God, our patients, our staff, and each other by providing exceptional healthcare in a manner that reflects the character of Christ.” – AWHA Mission Statement
This is a mission I continue to strive for in the care of every patient that I have the opportunity to serve.
